El tren del marqués. Análisis del filme "El marqués de Salamanca" (1948), de Edgar Neville
El presente artĂculo es un acercamiento a una de las obras menos recordadas de Edgar Neville, El marquĂ©s de Salamanca (1948), dirigida por el cineasta madrileño con motivo del centenario de la primera lĂnea fĂ©rrea peninsular. En Ă©l se incide en la peculiaridad de Neville en el panorama cinematográfico español de posguerra, asĂ como en algunos aspectos de la pelĂcula que vertebran buena parte de su producciĂłn (humor, protagonismo musical, casticismo, etc.). Nuestro análisis hace hincapiĂ© en el papel del tren en el filme, asĂ como en determinados juegos con el espectador que subvierten la tradicional transparencia (aparentemente) del modelo clásico, sin abandonarlo
RTCS: a reactive with tags classifier system
In this work, a new Classifier System is proposed (CS). The system, a Reactive with Tags Classifier System (RTCS), is able to take into account environmental situations in intermediate decisions. CSs are special production systems, where conditions and actions are codified in order to learn new rules by means of Genetic Algorithms (GA). The RTCS has been designed to generate sequences of actions like the traditional classifier systems, but RTCS also has the capability of chaining rules among different time instants and reacting to new environmental situations, considering the last environmental situation to take a decision. In addition to the capability to react and generate sequences of actions, the design of a new rule codification allows the evolution of groups of specialized rules. This new codification is based on the inclusion of several bits, named tags, in conditions and actions, which evolve by means of GA. RTCS has been tested in robotic navigation. Results show the suitability of this approximation to the navigation problem and the coherence of tag values in rules classification.Publicad
Learning sequences of rules using classifier systems with tags

Tokyo, 12-15 October 1999.The objective of this paper was to obtain an encoding structure that would allow the genetic evolution of rules in such a manner that the number of rules and relationship in a classifier system (CS) would be learnt in the evolution process. For this purpose, an area that allows the definition of rule groups has been entered into the condition and message part of the encoded rules. This area is called internal tag. This term was coined because the system has some similarities with natural processes that take place in certain animal species, where the existence of tags allows them to communicate and recognize each other. Such CS is called a tag classifier system (TCS). The TCS has been tested in the game of draughts and compared with the classical CS. The results show an improving of the CS performance
Applying classifier systems to learn the reactions in mobile robots
The navigation problem involves how to reach a goal avoiding obstacles in dynamic environments. This problem can be faced considering reactions and sequences of actions. Classifier systems (CSs) have proven their ability of continuous learning, however, they have some problems in reactive systems. A modified CS, namely a reactive classifier system (RCS), is proposed to overcome those problems. Two special mechanisms are included in the RCS: the non-existence of internal cycles inside the CS (no internal cycles) and the fusion of environmental message with the messages posted to the message list in the previous instant (generation list through fusion). These mechanisms allow the learning of both reactions and sequences of actions. This learning process involves two main tasks: first, discriminate between rules and, second, the discovery of new rules to obtain a successful operation in dynamic environments. DiVerent experiments have been carried out using a mini-robot Khepera to find a generalized solution. The results show the ability of the system for continuous learning and adaptation to new situations.Publicad
Reactive with tags classifier system applied to real robot navigation

This system combines the execution capabilities of symbolic systems and the learning capabilities of genetic algorithms. A RTCS is able to learn symbolic rules that allow to generate sequence of actions, chaining rules among different time instants, and react to new environmental situations, considering the last environmental situation to take a decision. The capacity of RTCS to learn good rules has been prove in robotics navigation problem. Results show the suitability of this approximation to the navigation problem and the coherence of extracted rules
Knowledge acquisition including tags in a classifier system
Congress on Evolutionary Computation. Washington, DC, 6-9 July 1999.One of the major problems related to classifier systems is the loss of rules. This loss is caused by the genetic algorithm being applied on the entire population of rules jointly. Obviously, the genetic operators discriminate rules by the strength value, such that evolution favours the generation of the stronger rules. When the learning system works in an environment in which it is possible to generate a complete training set, the strength of the rules of the CS will reflect the relative relationship between rules satisfactorily and, therefore, the application of the genetic algorithm will produce the desired effects. However, when the learning process presents individual cases and allows the system to learn gradually from these cases, each learning interval with a set of individual cases can lead the strength to be distributed in favour of a given type of rules that would in turn be favoured by the genetic algorithm. Basically, the idea is to divide rules into groups such that they are forced to remain in the system. This contribution is a method of learning that allows similar knowledge to be grouped. A field in which knowledge-based systems researchers have done a lot of work is concept classification and the relationships that are established between these concepts in the stage of knowledge conceptualization for later formalization. This job of classifying and searching relationships is performed in the proposed classifier systems by means of a mechanism. Tags, that allows the classification and the relationships to be discovered without the need for expert knowledge
Control predictivo con restricciones e independiente de modelo para el p´endulo de Furuta
[Resumen] Este trabajo presenta el control de seguimiento de un pĂ©ndulo Furuta basado en el diseño de dos lazos paralelos con restricciones, rechazo activo de perturbaciones y predicciĂłn de salidas. Para cada subsistema, se asume que la planta gobernada tiene una dinámica de primer orden más integrador (FOPI). AsĂ, se calcula una ley de control predictivo aplicando una estrategia de horizonte deslizante en dicha planta (FOPI). La diferencia entre la dinámica real y el modelo de predicciĂłn asumido se compensa mediante el mecanismo de rechazo de perturbaciones heredado del control activo de rechazo de perturbaciones (ADRC) e incorporado en los lazos. Para el diseño del control no se realiza ninguna identificaciĂłn de modelos ni linealizaciĂłn matemática. Además, la estrategia permite incorporar las restricciones reales del sistema. Este trabajo valida con resultados prometedores la arquitectura denominada Modified Active Disturbance Rejection Predictive Control (MADRPC) mediante la estabilizaciĂłn de un sistema mecánico subactuado considerando las variables restringidas y en ausencia de un modelo nominal, en contraste con el enfoque estándar en el Control Predictivo de Modelos (MPC) en espacio de estados.[Abstract] This paper presents the tracking control of a Furuta pendulum based on the design of two parallel-constrained loops with active disturbance rejection and outputs predictions. For each subsystem, it is assumed that the governed plant resembles firstorder plus integrator (FOPI) dynamics. So, a predictive control law is computed by applying a receding horizon strategy in such FOPI plant. The mismatch between the actual dynamics and the assumed prediction model is compensated through the disturbance rejection mechanism inherited from the Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) incorporated in the loops. No modelling identification or mathematical linearisation is performed for the control design. Moreover, the strategy allows the incorporation of the actual system constraints. This work validates with promising results the architecture named Modified Active Disturbance Rejection Predictive Control (MADRPC) by stabilising a sub-actuated mechanical system considering the constrained variables and in the absence of a nominal model, in contrast to the standard approach in the state-space Model Predictive Control (MPC).Colombia. La geometrĂa en los edificios de la Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències de Valencia
[EN] The importance of the use of geometry in architecture design, and more specifically the use of geometric surfaces that shape the architectural space is this paper focus. The paper sets the value of the use of these geometric shapes defined as formal control element during the building designing stage helping at the same time to keep coherence within the structural behaviour, and a greater ease both in the execution as during its material construction A case-study of geometric formal analysis has been developed, the Valencian “Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències”, as a clear example of geometric shapes application in the current architecture. Analysis is mainly about shapes generation, but structural and constructive areas have been studied from the geometric standpoint.[ES] La importancia de la utilizaciĂłn de la geometrĂa en el diseño de Arquitectura, y más en concreto el uso de las superficies geomĂ©tricas como configuradoras del espacio arquitectĂłnico, es el tema central del presente artĂculo. En Ă©l se pone en valor el uso de estas formas geomĂ©tricas definidas como elemento de control formal en la fase de diseño de los edificios y que a su vez ayuda a mantener una coherencia con el comportamiento estructural y una mayor facilidad tanto en la ejecuciĂłn como en la materializaciĂłn constructiva. Reforma integral de vivienda de un edificio plurifamiliar en València
[ES] En el siguiente Trabajo Final de Grado se va a proceder a describir los trabajos de reforma integral de una vivienda de un edificio plurifamiliar situado en la Av. / Doctor Tomás Sala, 23, 7º. 27ª.
Los trabajos realizados son los suficientes para que su distribuciĂłn en planta sea la pactada con el propietario para satisfacer sus necesidades.
A su vez, se hace un estudio de eficiencia energética para comprobar el confort de la reforma resultante y se estudiará una serie de mejoras pudiendo elegir la más rentable.
Para poder realizar tales trabajos y su reforma integral se realizará la medición de la vivienda para realizar el levantamiento de la misma en AutoCad y Revit, teniéndose en cuenta el cumplimiento del CTE, las DC09 de la Comunitat Valenciana y las Ordenanzas de València, el PGOU de la ciudad y asà mismo se recauda información de la vivienda a través del Catastro.[CA] En el següent Treball Final de Grau es procedirà a descriure els treballs de reforma integral d'un habitatge d'un edifici plurifamiliar situat en l'Av./ Doctor Tomás Sala, 23, 7é. 27a.
Els treballs realitzats són els suficients perquè la seua distribució en planta siga la pactada amb el propietari per a satisfer les seues necessitats.
Al seu torn, es fa un estudi d'eficiència energètica per a comprovar el confort de la reforma resultant i s'estudiarà una sèrie de millores podent triar la més rendible.
